Spared Feelings

Dallieh really does have a sense of humor in there somewhere. I made him a hoodie and I made his pants... and I crocheted him that wig. This was sorta inspired, the wog mostly, by the character Lain from Lost Souls. There was one part where There is this description of him, his white hair so soft and wispy. I thought I could make it. Anyway, the clothes are D's, the wig is for a cosplay. I may try to make the coat that Dante wears from Devil May Cry. I think he looks pretty close to that here.

Dallieh would say this to someone who has lured him out under the pretense of offering them selves to him. He is very old and very tired of games. His reaction would be to hurt you but it is him that he is sparing. Dallieh hates to become the monster. He hates his hunger. He loves the wind in his face and the freedom of the sky and understands that those things come with a large price: to feed or to waste until he is too weak to stop himself from feeding. If he hurts you, you will run. You will realize your mistake, that life, no matter how small, is precious, even if it is haunted. Your life is so precious to him because it is something he has missed for so very long. Touch. The feel of someone's hands upon you, unafraid of what you are. Surrender. Passion. Dallieh aches for all of these things. his nightmare is his inability to trust himself with someone. His knowledge that they will turn on him for power or slip through his fingers... age, and then become dust before his eyes. Dallieh visits many graves and weeps his life away remembering the moments he wished he'd shared. Perhaps, when you are gone, he will share your tomb and weep for you.
